Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the buyer and the website operator when purchasing electronic products (PDF e-books).

1. Seller

2. Subject of sale

The seller offers digital products – PDF e-books – delivered exclusively in electronic form on its website.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he agrees to these terms and conditions.

The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of payment of the order.

After payment, the buyer will receive an email with a link to get the PDF e-book.

4. Price and payment

The price of the product is stated on the website.

Payment is made online using available payment methods (e.g. card, transfer, payment gateway).

The product is only made available after the payment has been successfully credited.

5. Delivery of digital content

The e-book is delivered electronically in Notion.

The share link is sent immediately after payment.

The buyer is responsible for the safe storage of the file.

6. Copyright

The buyer obtains a license for personal use of the e-book.

It is prohibited to distribute, sell, modify or provide the e-book to third parties.

All content is protected by copyright law.

7. Complaints and withdrawal from the contract

For digital products, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract after the file has been delivered (in accordance with Section 7, Paragraph 6 of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.).

In the event of technical problems with delivery or a damaged file, it is possible to request resending.

Complaints can be resolved by email to the seller's address.

8. Personal data protection

The seller processes personal data solely for the purpose of processing the order.

Personal data is not provided to third parties except for payment gateways that are necessary for payment processing.

The buyer has the right to request the deletion or modification of his data.

9. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.

The current version is always published on the website.
